1. Prep nails by cleansing, filing, and buffing lightly. Apply Gelish pH Bond Nail Prep.
2. Apply a thin, even coat of Gelish Dip Base Coat to one nail.
3. Immediately dip the entire nail into the 'Wish Upon A Starlet' Dip Powder, tapping off excess.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 for a second coat, if desired, ensuring full coverage.
5. Apply Gelish Dip Activator to all dipped nails. Allow 2-3 minutes to dry completely.
6. Shape and refine nails with a nail file or buffer.
7. Apply a second coat of Gelish Dip Activator and wipe the nail surface with a lint-free wipe.
8. Finish with Gelish Dip Top Coat for a high-gloss shine. Allow to air dry for 2 minutes, then apply a second layer and air dry for 2-3 minutes until fully cured.
