Mix Wella Color Touch 7/43 with Color Touch Emulsion (1.9% or 4%) in a 1:2 ratio. Apply to clean, towel-dried hair using an applicator bottle or bowl and brush. Process for up to 20 minutes without heat, or 15 minutes with added heat. Rinse thoroughly, emulsify with water, and shampoo well after processing.
