Mix Wella Color Touch 9/16 with the appropriate Color Touch Emulsion (1.9% or 4%) in a 1:2 ratio. Apply to clean, towel-dried hair using a bowl and brush or an applicator bottle. Process for up to 20 minutes without heat, or 15 minutes with added heat. Rinse thoroughly and emulsify until the water runs clear. Follow with a post-colour treatment to lock in shine.
