Mix Koleston Perfect with the appropriate Wella Welloxon Perfect developer in a 1:2 ratio. For the 12/ series, use 12% (40 vol) developer. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Process for 30-40 minutes without heat, or 15-25 minutes with heat. Rinse thoroughly, shampoo, and follow with a suitable conditioner or post-colour treatment.
