1. Prep the nail plate by shaping, gently pushing back cuticles, and sanitising.
2. Apply a thin layer of Gelish Foundation Base Gel, sealing the free edge, and cure for 10 seconds under an LED lamp or 1 minute under a UV lamp.
3. Shake Gelish Lost My Terrain of Thought thoroughly. Apply a thin coat from cuticle to free edge, ensuring you cap the edge. Cure for 30 seconds under an LED lamp or 2 minutes under a UV lamp.
4. Apply a second thin coat for full coverage and cure again (30 seconds LED / 2 minutes UV).
