Apply a thin layer of Gelish Foundation Base Gel, sealing the free edge, and cure for 10 seconds under an LED lamp (or 1 minute under a UV lamp). Shake the Gelish I'm All Cheers bottle thoroughly. Apply a thin, even coat of the gel polish from cuticle to free edge, cap the edge, and cure for 30 seconds under an LED lamp (or 2 minutes under a UV lamp). Repeat with a second thin coat and cure. Apply Gelish Top It Off Sealer Gel, cap the free edge, and cure for 30 seconds under an LED lamp (or 2 minutes under a UV lamp). Wipe away the tacky inhibition layer using Gelish Cleanser on a lint-free nail wipe, and finish by conditioning the cuticles with cuticle oil.
