How do I place an order?

Browse our range of 7000+ products from 150+ trusted brands, add the items you need to your cart, and check out. If you have a trade account, log in first so your pricing is applied automatically.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes — an account lets us apply your trade pricing, save your delivery details and keep a record of your orders. You can request changes to your account details at any time through the Help Centre.

How do I get trade pricing?

Lime Light supplies salons and beauty professionals at trade prices. Log in to your account to see your rates. If you are not yet set up, contact your nearest branch to get started.

How much is delivery?

We offer R30 delivery for orders over R850 in selected areas. We deliver nationwide, with delivery typically taking 1–5 days depending on your location.

Which days do you deliver to my area?

Delivery days vary by region. Use the Delivery Days resource above to check the schedule for your area before placing your order.

How do I return an item?

Submit a return request through the Help Centre and our team will guide you through the process and arrange collection or drop-off where applicable.

What if an item needs repairing?

Log a repair request through the Help Centre. We will arrange for the item to be assessed and let you know the next steps.
