1. Acceptance

By accessing this website and placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Lime Light Hair & Beauty (EMSA Distribution) may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies.

2. Trade accounts & registration

This is a trade (B2B) store. Accounts are subject to approval and may require a valid trade or student registration. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand and are inclusive of VAT. Pricing is determined by your customer group / price list and may change without notice. Items marked “contact for pricing” must be quoted before purchase.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit quantities. Stock is reserved on a first-come basis and is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (EFT, card via PayFast, PayFlex, account terms, cash/card on delivery — where enabled for your group). Orders on account are subject to your approved credit limit and payment terms.

6. Delivery & collection

Delivery fees, free-delivery thresholds and lead times are shown at checkout and on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect goods on receipt.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns are handled per our Delivery & Returns policy. Report damaged or incorrect goods within 48 hours of delivery. Certain hygiene and special-order items are non-returnable.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Product information is provided in good faith; always follow manufacturer instructions.

9. Privacy (POPIA)

We process your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act and our Privacy Policy.

11. Terms and Conditions for BigSave10 Promotion Code

Promotion Code: The BigSave10 promotion code entitles customers to a 10% discount on eligible purchases made through our website.
Eligibility: This promotion is valid for customers who enter the BigSave10 code at checkout.
Exclusions:
- The BigSave10 promotion code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes, discounts, or offers.
