Welcome to the Lime Light help centre. This page walks you through the everyday tasks on your trade account — from registering and placing your first order to tracking deliveries, returns and repairs. Lime Light (EMSA Distribution) is a South African professional hair, beauty and nail wholesaler supplying salons nationwide, with branches in Sandton and Boksburg (Johannesburg), Stikland and M5 Park (Cape Town), and Beautiquip in Durban.

Account & ordering

Getting started

How to register

Click Register (or Login then Create Account) at the top of the site. Enter your business and contact details, including your salon or trade information, then submit. Once your account is reviewed and approved you'll be able to log in and see your trade pricing across the range. Tip: new online customers can save 10% on their first order with promo code BigSave10 at checkout.

How to place an order

Log in so your trade pricing shows, browse or search for products, choose your quantity and add items to your cart. When you're ready, open your cart, review the items, and proceed to checkout to confirm delivery and payment. Orders over R850 qualify for R30 delivery in selected areas.

How to track an order

Log in and go to My Account, then open your Orders. Select the order you want to follow to see its current status and any tracking or dispatch updates as it moves from processing to delivery.

How to cancel an order

Log in, open My Account and find the order under Orders. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched you can request a cancellation from the order page. If it has already shipped, contact our team via the Contact page so we can advise the best next step.

How to rate our service

After your order is delivered you can leave a rating and review from the order in My Account, or via the feedback link in your order confirmation. Your feedback helps us keep improving the service for every salon we supply.

Returns

How to submit a return

Log in and go to My Account, then open Orders and select the order containing the item. Choose the return option for that item, tell us the quantity and reason for the return, and submit your request. Please keep products in their original condition and packaging where possible so we can process your return smoothly.

How to track a return

Once your return request is submitted, log in and open My Account to view its progress. You'll be able to see whether the return has been received, is under review, or has been completed, along with any credit or replacement details.

Repairs

How to submit a repair

For salon equipment and tools covered for repair, log in and go to My Account. Open the relevant order or the Repairs section, select the item, describe the fault, and submit your repair request so our team can assess it and arrange the next steps.

How to track a repair

Log in and open My Account to follow your repair. You'll see the current stage — received, in assessment, in repair, or ready — so you always know where your equipment is in the process.
